Hi I pay for recurring weekly UPS pickup, however I had to reach out to Shipstation to see how much I am paying. It took a few weeks, multiple emails and phone calls to find the answer. It would be nice to have the option to configure a shipment around to see if a different size package would have been cheaper or whatever the case may be would have made a difference in the shipment. Likewise it would be nice to let the customer know an estimate on returning a package if they decided they wanted to and that estimate would help them make a decision on wether it was worth it or not. I have orders that I ship outside of ShipStation (negotiated rates with trucking company for FTL or LTL shipments). Those orders appear in ShipStation as orders and I manually mark them as shipped.  The problem is that they do not appear in the Shipments page.  I run a weekly export from the Shipments page to generate my client invoicing, but these orders do not appear there.   I would like to see the ability to show these orders on the Shipments page so I can report on all orders with one export.  ... I would like to be able to set a basis of working days for the "open order aging" to be determined and evaluated for the an SLA lead time to ship within "x" hours. Looking at Insight > Reports > Item Demand Summary. This has potential to be a very valuable tool. Unfortunately, it is not returning meaningful counts because it is ignoring the products that are part of bundles. In other words, I need it to count the SKUs that are in the ITEM OPTIONs field.  ... ShipStation offers an Inventory Management System that (like the reports Since 2016) can't be exported automatically.  Having an accessible CSV feed via a public or private URL would enable the ShipStation Inventory system to be integrated with multiple stores through a variety of different workflows.  Whether that be a direct read from the feed periodically or that data landing in a Zapier or Inventory Sync feed that then copies it across on a schedule.  ... In the Awaiting Shipment page: When combining orders for the "Same Buyer", the new ShipStation layout now displays "(Multiple)" in the Buyer Id field. There is no reason to do this for the Buyer Id field, since it's literally the same buyer id. By displaying (Multiple), you are forcing us to either click on the rows one by one to find a Buyer Id, or display the page with all rows toggled open, which then forces us to scroll down the page and search for the buyer id, which makes no sense whatsoever. The ides of the Awaiting Shipment page is to provide a quick outline and minimize labor.  You need to display the buyer id field unless there really are multiple buyer id's for that group. ... With the new version you can no longer split an order after it has been 'Shipped' and a label created. We use this option when there is an error on the order. We make custom patches, so if a patch is sent with a misspelled word, but was on an order of 10 patches, we could reprint the one item rather than the whole order. Yesterday, we had an error where no orders were being pushed through from Brightpearl to ShipStation. This caused our business to run behind and will require overtime work to catch up. Can "Ship Date", NOT "ship by date" but the date it actually shipped, be a filter parameter? I was asked "How many "Ready to Ship" orders did we ship out yesterday?" and can't get an easy answer out of shipstation. Ready to Ship is part of many of our product names so I need filter using Item Name - Contains - Ready to Ship but there is no option to add a filter for Ship Date - MMDDYY. There is "ship by date" and "order date" but that's not the information I need. I am able to filter using item name and then sort the Ship Date column but then have to count line by line how many are from yesterday. ... View more

While RAW Data Reports offer good details about Customers/Orders, while I am trying to write a yearly report, some of the options have either missing data or way too much data to sort through, highlighted below: Raw Data Exports Customers A list of customers that were acquired during a specified date range. The data is provided in a raw format which you can export to PDF or Excel. → MISSING: Last order SKU Orders Need to run a report of all your shipped orders from the past month? Or maybe see from where your orders were placed. It would be nice as part of your inventory reporting or even in a product's detail there would be a section showing on hand quantity and then deductions as orders are shipped from that on hand quantity.  It doesn't seem that there is a way to track inventory movement and see the specifics of where the inventory changed via shipping, returns or any type of manual adjustment. ... It would be very helpful if we were able to run a report that would show us the product locations where inventory was pulled from to fulfill an order.  In ShipStation we are able to add product locations under the inventory tab, however there is not a way for us to run a report to show which locations the inventory was pulled from to fill an order.  This feature would be helpful as we ship food products and have to track our product expiration dates and lot codes.  To track this we make several different product locations in ShipStation labeled with lot codes and expiration dates and add our inventory to the corresponding product location.  Currently we have to manually track the lot codes and expiration dates shipped on each order, but if we could print a report from ShipStation the tracking process would be much more efficient.   ... If there is a way to notify us when ever any order got cancelled, That would be really helpful. We can avoid lot of time wasting on pulling orders and at the end if it is cancelled we have waisted a lot of money and time for no reason. It would be a great idea to include the USER option when printing out a report. This would give the business the knowledge to know, who in their company created the return label on the report vs having to look up this information for every order.  ... View more

I would like to see a RAW DATA REPORT for Product Sales.  There is one for Items Shipped, but not for Product Sales. The current Product Sales Report doesn't really help me unless I have the raw data that goes along with it.  Any way this report could be added to the current list of reports? ... View more

Hey Guys,   I wanted to find out the sales orders by store for last 3 years but I couldn't find it anywhere inside ShipStation.  Can you please make a dashboard for this?
