I currently have to convert pdf with software before uploading to Amazon each time. I find this tedious because Shipstation is suppose to help with this stuff.
Ooooh Shipstation I don't really understand how/why this hasn't been done yet.
weird hack but works with Amazon updates as of August 2022
Copy paste order number, use Shipstation's return > Email Return (but first make the below changes)Edit Sales Channel > AmazonBranding > Company NameInclude [Important] (with brackets) at the end of the company nameWith the bracket flag, return labels emailed from Shipstation will now process through Amazon's filterMust have [Important] in the subject of the email and that's the only way I've seen to edit Shipstations Email Subject for Returns
