This is still an issue. Why has it not been resolved? And now with the
"New View" you can not edit the customer information to manually remove
the +1. This is complete insanity.
I have been waiting for this functionality for years! It doesn't seem as
though ShipStation is in any hurry to implement it though. Why this
isn't a capability I can't even begin to fathom.
I wish ShipStation dedicated a bit more resources to improving the
platform based on customer feedback. It seems little to no changes ever
really get done. Itâs hard to ever even get a response.
An update would be greatly appreciated. With the availability of hazmat
API from Fedex and UPS there should be no reason this functionality is
not available. Please implement this improvement for the benefit of your
customers.
If youâre not going to make a much needed improvement to the system
such as this, why not at least say something about it. The fact that
this is not native functionality is both mind boggling and infuriating
at the same time.
