Do you enter the order manually? Is your shipstation bringing the order
from another source? in shipstation alone you would need to use
Automation rules. if the orders are coming from another source then you
can try to set the info there.
so, im still not clear what you need. if you can explain in more detail
maybe I can help. in shipstation the Custom Fields in an order get
passed to Fedex as a ref. When i look at my Fedex bill i see that
