I'm noticing that Amazon buy Shipping tracking numbers do not get status updates. Is there any way to change that or is that a feature that can be added?

Thank you both for supporting this feature request! According to the Help Center article Tracking, updates depend on the carrier providing status information to ShipStation. If the carrier doesn’t send the status, we’re unable to update it. The article also includes a list of carriers and services for which status updates are currently unavailable. I hope this helps clarify things!

Amazon Buy Shipping is not a carrier, it is a shipping service offering multiple carriers that ShipStation supports. As such, it should be able to determine which shipping carrier was used based on the tracking number or other information and provide tracking status. Your cookie cutter answers are useless.

I absolutely agree with @BWP as the carriers are regular UPS and FedEx carriers just bought through Amazon service. It should be able to get auto updates.
