Before the updated version of Insights, we were able to find the exact number of orders that were over our SLA within a given range. With the update, all we can see is a percentage, which is not nearly as helpful for the reporting and tracking that we do. Not only that, but the only functionality we have to interpret that chart is changing our SLA. While that is somewhat helpful, there is no way to hover or click and see what that exact percentage is past our SLA, or to know the cumulative number of orders that the chart reflects. Given the vagueness of the data that is currently presented, it's incredibly difficult for us to even calculate the value that we originally were just given before the update.
