I am experiencing slow processing times with the new update. I have reached out to customer service and am only told to clear the cache but nothing is improving. It's taking me twice as long to ship compared with the old version. Is anyone else experiencing this and have you found other solutions besides clearing the cache?

I'm seeing the same issue and am being told with every interaction with support to clear my cache or try a different browser. I've started clearing the cache at the beginning of each work day, but not seeing any improvements.
