API Error when posting order

Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'Description', table 'Shipstation.dbo.OrderItem'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.\r\n
The statement has been terminated.
Getting this error when submitting order data.

I'm having this same issue - I can't remember what ridiculous steps 'help' had me do but it still didn't fix it. I found this post when I googled the error message I'm getting when I attempt to import orders from a Square account
