Amazon sold to not showing correctly

Greetings

We print the sold to info on the label at bottom so people know it is a gift. However it is showing recepient name. Shipstation is addressing but has anyone else experienced this?

Are you able to show us how you have this set up?  Are you using the label messages to accomplish this? It might help us figure out an alternative solution while we are waiting for this to be addressed.
