Allow bulk tagging after a label is created

Please allow us to add tags to orders that have already shipped in bulk. There have been times where I have forgotten to tag 250 shipments I created labels for already in bulk and had to click on each order 1 by 1 to tag them individually. Allow us to bulk tag these orders that have already shipped just like you can do prior to a shipping label being made.
