Hi,

We ship orders that are below $10 CAD without tracking and in order to not have our VTR penalized on Amazon Canada we are required to put Standard Mail envelopes as the shipping service. However when we use the other action "mark as shipped" there is no way to enter our own shipping service and Shipstation puts a default of Ground as the shipping service.

Can you please resolve this?

Thanks!

Amazon requires "shipping service" to be included in the shipping confirmation . Not having this available, we are in a very difficult situation.

We need this done too. There is no menu for "Shipping Service" on the Other Actions>Mark As Shipped screen; only the "Carrier" is there. Which causes value "Other" to go to Amazon and marketplaces, which is incorrect/invalid and causes us issues with our account and penalizes our score, and puts our entire account in jeopardy! Please add this much needed simple menu. ("USPS First Class Mail", "USPS Priority Mail", etc.)

Same problem here, I have manually go to Amazon and update all shipments to "Stamps/franking".

Shipstation needs a way of being able to select the shipping service to send to Amazon.

This is very important for Amazon VTR.

+1. Seems like it should be pretty easy to update the mapping so First Class Letter and Flat point to Amazon's requirement of "USPS Standard Mail envelopes” or “USPS First Class Mail envelopes" for these type of shipments.
