Automatic Recipient Email Notification For Invalid Addresses

We need a feature that will automatically send our customers/recipients a notification via email and/or text if their address is invalid or missing apt/suite #.

This will improve fulfillment speed by reducing the time it takes to contact an individual and await response. If you sell products B2C like I do, it will improve customer retention since we tend to lose customers due to not being able to ship on time or because their packages constantly are 'returned to sender'. Not only that but it will save shippers a ton of money by reducing the number of packages that need to be re-shipped due to address errors.
