Our store is bilingual being in Quebec, Canada, and we work with Lightspeed as our eCommerce platform which lets customers pick either English or French as their preferred language on our website. This means they will receive order confirmation emails in their preferred language – to do that, we have to create two separate templates for all emails on our end, one in English and one in French. It works well.


I think it would be good to have the same feature in ShipStation so that the automated email containing a tracking link to the Branded Tracking Page can be sent in more than one language.
