In Ship Station if we accidentally put an order number in wrong. There is no way to change it without deleting and starting over. This is time consuming. In the "OLD FORMAT" you could split a shipment and then put a new order number in and then merge together under the new order number. Now you can't do that with the new format. Please fix or go back to old format!

Just want to say yes please to this. This is extremely time consuming and would be so very helpful to correct mistakes without starting an order over.

I agree. Please allow changes to be made easily with the order numbers.

I would love this feature. I googled "ShipStation change order number" because I thought surely I was missing something. But it's 2024 and it turns out you really can't change the number apparently.

Yes, we would like to be able to edit order number too or change the process so we can't fumble it on creating a new manual order in shipstation.

If I am quoting the shipping charges for a customer I don't have an order number yet, so I use their last name. If they later place the order, I would like to be able to change the order number, please.
