We sell direct via our website but also through wholesalers and retailers. Sometimes customers who purchased via the supply chain will contact us for warranty work. In Shipstation we are able to create an RMA and return label not tied to an order (because we did not sell direct to this customer) but we are unable to create a packing slip tied to that RMA/return label. This makes it very difficult for us to track these warranty returns when we receive them because they come without any paperwork. Please consider adding a feature allowing users to add notes to RMA/return labels (whether or not tied to an order) and to create return packing slips from those notes. Thank you.
