Shipment status column in the shipments tab

Currently on the shipments tab if you have the tracking number column enabled an icon next to it has indicate the status: unknown, in transit, or delivered. It would be nice to have this icon in a separate column that can be filtered by status. 

Also, if it would be possible to set alerts for shipments that have been in an unknown or in transit status for more than a specified day range. 

We have had packages get lost in transit and our customers reach out regarding its status. It would be nice to get ahead of it and taken care of prior to the customer reaching out.

It would also be nice if the shipment status was a field that we could use as a trigger for automations, including pay-on-use return labels.
