Store Channel Orders - Adding Items

It would be nice if you select CREATE ANOTHER SHIPMENT to an order that was imported over from Paypal to be able to add line items with descriptions. Instead it sends out notification to customer w NO NOTEs or NO description as to what shipped.. its frustrating and confusing to customers.

Any updates on this? There must be others who have an issue with this. I dont understand how you are able to Create Another Shipment to an order and not be able to put in Order line items. Most of our orders have to be broken up to multiple boxes or at times part of the order items are on backorder and ship later. I would imagine this would be a pretty simple fix.
