Yes, I second this! We have a lot of calls from customers who are concerned they didn't receive discount because automatic discounts don't come through on packing slips like coupon codes do. I confirmed with support that this feature is not currently available and it was suggested that I post here.
I also would love this feature to happen. I talked to support forever who kept saying I can custom code it in but I do not see how that is possible at all. I tried the [Adjustment] call tag and it didn't work but they kept saying there was a way but couldn't tell me what it was...
We also have this issue. We have a free shipping over $ amount and on the shipstation packing slips the shipping automatically populates and people are confused.
THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. My customers are pissed. What is the solution? The whole idea of installing ShipStation was so my packaging team could scan to verify orders going out, which means we have to have a packing list.
However, we can't have an accurate packing list because all orders over $250 get free shipping, but every packing list shows the shipping charge and an INCORRECT order total. WTF? This is pretty basic crap that we're not able to do because Ship Station got too big for their britches and therefore gives zero hoots about helping customers provide a good experience? I've been reaching out to support for MONTHS about this and it's total bs that these people that brought this up in 2022 still don't have a solution. Gross, ShipStation management. Do better. Be better.
