Orders with multiple lines imported as .csv files are not currently calculating the shipping weight correctly. Only the first line of each order is used for the total weight. Most of the orders are USPS Ground Advantage but it happens with other services also. Realized this recently but checked and it seems to have started around September 18 2023. Opened Request #3827967 last Friday and got 1 response but it was just more questions. Any suggestions, advice, or anyone having the same issue, please let me know. Nobody wants shipments showing up postage due.
