I need to unmark some shipments as shipped. According to the help center I can do this in the "Other Actions" menu but I have no such option in my menu. I need to find a solution urgently. Is it not possible anymore?

I don't believe you can especially if the label has been manifested. You can use the reship function to essentially duplicate the order and ship it "again" or create a new label.
