Creating a Repeated Large Order (with a few adjustments in quantity) Sent to Different Addresses/Cus

Our company is new to ShipStation. We are using it to ship book orders we receive from many sources: Amazon, Weebly, manual, etc. BUT we also have a repeated book table order that we ship out 2-3 times a month. He has written 30+ books but our book table order stays the same as far as titles but the quantity changes depending on the amount of people in the church we are ministering at and his speaking topic.

We would like to create a Book table TEMPLATE with the "20-traveling titles" and then make slight adjustments on the quantity of a specific book title if is needed because of the topic my husband is speaking about.

We watched the videos on Batches and Manual Stores & CSV Files and have HOPE that it may be possible.

Anyone knowledgeable?

Hello @eberlelinda

Welcome to ShipStation and to our Community. We are so happy to have you here with us.

I am thinking that the best option for you would be to utilize an CSV order import template that you can populate with the shipment destination, quantities and titles for each order. This way you can edit the CSV and import around order time.
