manually triggered shipment notifications to customer - fulfillment orders

Is anyone else experiencing issues with manually sending notifications for fulfillment orders as shown below?

Manually sending "shipment notification" in fulfillment was working fine until 12/03/2024 and stopped working after that. No configuration changes on my end.
