I am sorry to hear that you have been running into an unexpected error that is stopping you from being about print labels and that you have been unable to get in contact with support.
I was able to locate your ticket and I see that out support team just responded. You should have an email from us. I would recommend continuing to work with them on this as without the specific error you are seeing the community would likely be unable to assist you.
