We have interest in pulling the delivery status of an order via Shipstation's API. Currently this functionality is not supported.

We are trying to develop metrics based on  the number of products returned base on the number of products requested back (RMA tracking label). Right now we are manually tracking when orders have been delivered and when the associated RMA  tracking label says that the "defective" product has been received back. We would like to move away from manually tracking the delivery and return of product and set up an automation that helps us understand the movement of product. This means not only understanding the ship date and delivery date of orders but also the ship date and return date for  RMA labels.

I want this as well. We have internal team dependencies within our CRM on knowing when a package has been delivered.
