Add UPS SurePost to rate calculator

UPS SurePost does not show in the rate calculator when trying to determine the cheapest method for Free Shipping. Can we get all UPS and FedEx US Postal Delivery shipping methods (i.e. UPS SurePost & Fedex SmartPost) to show in the calculator?

Agreed, the GetRates API (and Rate Calculator in the UI) need to include SurePost rates.

They will never do it, this has been a reoccurring request for the better part of a decade. Way before this request was made in 2018.

You can use Shipping Plus app (www.shippingplus.co) for ShipStation to automatically have smart post selected when it’s the cheapest option

My best guess is that ShipStation is somehow partnered with that Shipping Plus app, therefore making us spend more money to use an additional product to do what should be native in the software.

This is not cool and not the way to keep customers happy.

good lord this is 5 yrs old and still is an issue.  You can see it in the drop down and check individual but not in rate calculator.  So dumb.
