We sometimes have orders where... when we pull them, we realize that we have just ran out of stock. So we place the order on "hold", give it to our office to refund. They refund it, and I would expect shipstation to update the order to quantity zero. Or a way for us to re-map the order status "refunded" to cancel shipment... Something?! But instead. The order stays in "on hold" until we cancel it...
