Currently, when we ship internationally, a majority of the customs information is sent via EDI, rather than having to do paper commercial invoices (except for certain countries, like Brazil).  Unfortunately, the email information of the recipient is not transmitted to UPS, (even though it is on the Shipstation order), and we get multiple daily requests from UPS customs for this information.  Apparently, this information does transmit for Fedex orders, just not UPS.  Can you please work with your developers to ensure that the email address is transmitted as well?
