Hi,I have an Ecwid store that I've just connected to ShipStation. The store has over 450 pre-orders going back to October 2021 for items that are due to ship next week. ShipStation is only showing 152 orders going back to January 12. Does anyone know...

Just got it resolved by moving Shipstation Connect to the trash and reinstalling.

Having the same problem just now. Shipstation Connect won't accept my login.MacOS Big Sur 11.7, intel i7 processorShipstation Connect 4.2.0

I mentioned my problem to my Shipstation account manager, and he was able to have Shipstation look back and import open orders from a date I specified. Very helpful. I think it only looks back 30 days by default.
