SKU longer than character count

Some of my SKUs are longer than the 26 character limit in the "Label Messages" lines. Is there an option to have the overflow go to the next line?

I was looking through all the available options for those lines, and I see there's a "SKU #1" and "Fill SKU #1" for example. What's the difference between those?
