How do I setup 2FAapparently I have to do it today

I got 4 orders yesterday. After creating the shipping label I noticed that 2 were marked on Etsy "ships today" when they are not.And 2 were like normal, they will be marked as shipped when picked up by ups.Why is it doing this?
