Can you please add Bound Printed Matter as USPS shipping choice? I also
ship with Amazon, and my experience with them is that a 4lb book costs
about $6.88 Media Mail, and $ 4.80 to ship with BPM (Bound Printed
Matter). I'd like to save that $2 / item...
