It would be great to be able to brand the return portal's URL. It can be
redirected from a subdomain but still lands on the very long Shipstation
address. Keeping it "on brand" would make it seem more seamless for the

Hi there, In order to get useful data from customers for the reason they
are making a return, it would be beneficial to be able to edit the list
of reasons to remove unrelated choices like "rental" that may never
apply to a specific business model or...
Just here to chime in on the request. We have a 1 day automatic hold to
catch things like changes, cancelations etc. We also see customers order
something, then come back before the hold expires and put in another
order. If those could be automatical...
