If there was a way to easily identify repeat customers like coloring the name or something so I can see how many times they have ordered. Also -- on the drop down for the rates, it would be handy just to see the prices on the side instead of clicking...

Just have a suggestion .. Have it change color or some way to identify if it is a return customer. 2nd purchase -- a color. 3rd or 4th .. another. That way we can easily identify and give a gift in the package.
