Ebay order number link

When I click on the Ebay order number, the link does not go back to the EBay order any longer. I receive this message. Http/1.1 Service Unavailable

We have the same issues with Shipstation Connect. We are constantly reinstalling the product. We switched out computers but that didn't help. I love Shipstations features but Connect should have been dropped along time ago.
