Extremely difficult to get errors on your website fixed. We have been affected for 1 year and still they can't help me fix my issue.Support doesn't help, can't talk with anyone, can't talk on the phone, nothing. 5-15 days to get a response from anyon...

Looking for API help from anyone available .. ShipStation has no options

HelloI can't get support from Shipstation. They don't know how to fix the software API to work for me (been waiting since October 2022)If anyone else knows how to use it or can check to see if it is connected properly please post below.

Support is non existant.

Support has been ignoring us for over 1 month. I hope they see this and reply to our ticket.

Images aren't loading from website and shipstation connect won't install on laptop. Installation error. Support e-mail never answers back
