I had it working for about 10 minutes and now it's loading endlessly again. Nevermind it's working again.

I just got a response from support that they are aware of the issue and are working on it.

It's down for us too. I can't even log in to contact support at all and there is nothing on the status webpage. Are they addressing this yet? We have a lot of stuff that needs to be processed before the weekend.
