Scan a serial number

It would be great if we were able to scan a serial number barcode and this to be uploaded to Shopify via the notes section?

They will never add this. They would rather just make the dashboard look more modern than add functional features.

@Moderator-Davis is there any update on this? This was questioned nearly 5 years ago? With the huge influx in tech brands this is something that would help a lot of us?
