No its always this error "parcelguard must be purchased within 48 hours
of the ship date." How are we supposed to buy insurance for orders that
havent even been placed yet?????? THIS MAKES NO SENSE
This is THE WOST CUSTOMER SERVICE. This has happened to my company over
5 times this last year. This is so ridiculous that it lasts over days
and no one can seem to find a simple solution to this after years of
problems. WE ALWAYS MESSAGE IMMEDIATELY...
Can someone please help with this?? I use shopify with shipstation and
would like an easier way to refund additional shipping costs when i
combine orders. I have to go the shopfy and individually do it. Its a
pain in the butt
