I found this solution that worked for me. Exit out of ShipStation Connect, and relaunch it, it will only print 1.

Not getting any reply from ShipStation. I sent multiple emails with screen shots... very frustrating that there isn't even a phone number for Customer service... very disappointed.

For me, it keeps asking me for customs info. won't save it. need to do it a few times!

It's printing 2 of each for me.
