The issue has not been fixed, the issue is happening on shipstation and does NOT not happen on other platforms.Our EOD were scanned today and the trackings are not updated

For all those having the same issue, open cases with shipstation, copy this forum link and explain the issue, we have an open ticket with them

My scans are not being updates, anyone having the same issue?

My scan for 12-6-2024 did not update, we will check if today updates

Ours worked fine on 4/11/24
