Happening to us as well. 90% of the time the code that is emailed to us
either doesn't work, or the email comes in after it has already expired.
Incredible frustrating and it's slowing down our processes immensely.
Since February we've been taking in all shipments at the end of the day
and they've been good about manually scanning them in. Do away with SCAN
forms if you can!
Agreed. We're running into an issue with that as well. Some days USPS
picks up at 12:00, others they pick up as late as 3:00. This should be a
required feature.
I am having this issue now as well. SCAN forms are either not updating
tracking at all, or are only updating tracking for select shipments.
Currently sitting at around 100 shipments that just say 'shipping label
created'.
