HiIf our UPS rate and ShipStation rate is the same, Rate Shopper should choose our UPS account. Why is it choosing ShipStation's UPS account?Can you please fix this.Thanks

@CaraAdmin How is expanding the service options going to solve the problem, if there is no problem when manually UPS is chosen but there is a problem when it is given to rateshopper?

Hi@CaraAdmin Even though we can deliver it eaerlier than the deliver-by date, the rate shopper says "Rate Shopper could not find a matching service." Please see the pictures below. Thanks

The customer support said, Walmart does not provide that amount.
