If someone can tell me what scale they use for shipstation that is consistent . i have been using onyx but this is very inconsistent. any advice?

As of today we still have no fix for this issue - we might need to switch out of shipstation

2 Years later and we are still experiencing the same issues scales and printers on and off. very frustrating.Why can't you guys just collect yourself and get this fixed - every day issues with scale connections.....
