Shipping Not Showing up in WooCommerce

My test orders are coming through in shipstation but test orders are not allowed to choose shipping during checkout. What do I need to do to make shipping appear at checkout and calculate those rates. I'm only shipping to the US.

Ok so basically there is no support at shipstation for woocommerce and wordpress unless you're and enterprise client. I'll take my business elsewhere.
