Our increase was $60/mo for the carriers and a 60% increase on the monthly plan. Brutal.

shipbob is another. For us integration is key and makes it hard to move but fully motivated now.

Our increase was $60 to use our own courier - on top of a 60% increase in the monthly fee. That was on one account. Going to check the others we have.
