Same here - I got the run around from them on taxes they clearly don't
have a clue and I'm abandoning Shipstation as a result. I currently use
SENDLE for small packages and they do give me proper breakdowns.

I'm the same. they told me to go to each individual carrier for each
shipment and they would provide the taxes. I used Shipstation to make my
life easier not more difficult. what a waste of time this has become!
