Not only are they charging more, but they are requiring you to update
the code every 12 months. Nothing like requiring your clients to go in
and figure out how to setup an API every 12 months. Nothing says we love
our customers like breaking their in...
I thought I would share a recent email I sent to support about similar
frustrations with the API. Not sure Shipstation is willing to listen,
but things like this are what make really good stories for new people to
come in and create a better software...
This would save my team 15-45 minutes every day. Would be helpful if we
could have a quick review filter so we could confirm the merge but
possibly use ai to have a rule that could be learned once it sees a
consistent merge issue as well.
