It would be great if there a "pickup from dispatch center " section for record keeping, so that we can file orders in there if they do not need to be shipped.

It appears that modifying the email address on your ShipStation profile will not affect the customs declaration for orders that have already been shipped. This would have been really helpful for us being new with shipstation
