Mirror the automation functionality that currently exists for 'Charge
Shipping to Third Party' but for 'Recipient' instead of Third Party.This
represents about 40% of our orders so it's currently a pretty

Have just requested this, so a bit disappointed to see requests for this
feature from 18m ago and still no progress has been made. 'Recipient'
represents about 40% of our orders so we're leaving so much time on the
table with this not being a feature...
