Thank you, that worked. Don't know why I didn't think of that before. So I've cleared all Shipstation cookies and cache - problem solved. Note, I had to do this several times before it worked. I find Chrome to be stubborn in this regard.

I've never seen the chat widget in the years I've been subscribed. I use Chrome and Firefox - no difference.
